Self Referral

Individuals or families that self-refer are helped in good faith under ‘local decision pastoral care’ for six food parcels in a twelve month period. This can be used consecutively or spread out over the year. After the initial six collections, the foundation will reassess the needs of the individual or family to determine their situation and ongoing requirements. 

Self-referral requests must be submitted by 2:30pm on a Wednesday to ensure we are able to allocate a food parcel. In the event of urgent need after this time, please do make contact and we will endeavor to help where we can.

The helpline and email are manned between 9:30am and 2:30pm Monday - Friday. Although we try to respond within the same day, it is not always possible so please bear with us if we do not respond immediately. Please note, the helpline and email are not staffed over the weekend.

Collection is on Thursday between 10am and 12pm or Friday between 10am and 11.30pm. If you are unable to collect, we have limited delivery slots available and are happy to discuss this with you.
