Caretaker
One Church is seeking a reliable and proactive Caretaker to support the upkeep, safety, and smooth day-to-day running of its facilities. The ideal candidate will have previous maintenance or caretaker experience, with a basic knowledge of plumbing, electrical work, and general repairs, and be physically capable of carrying out manual tasks. You will be expected to work both independently and as part of a team, managing your time effectively, using initiative, and maintaining high professional standards at all times.
House Parent & Site Steward
This is a unique and meaningful residential role combining pastoral presence, household oversight, and site safety coordination within the life of One Church and One College.
As House Parent & Site Safety Co‑ordinator, you will provide a stable, caring, and dependable on‑site presence, helping to ensure the wellbeing of students, the smooth running of the residential environment, and the safety and security of the site outside of standard office hours.
This role is deeply relational and practical. It suits someone with warmth, emotional maturity, sound judgement, and a servant‑hearted approach, who is able to hold responsibility with calm confidence and grace.
Volunteer Hospitality Team
We are excited to be forming a Hospitality Team at One Church and are looking for volunteers who feel called to serve in this deeply meaningful and joy-filled area of ministry.
If you have experience in catering or hospitality — or if you simply love creating welcoming environments and are eager to learn — this team offers a beautiful place to serve our church family. As part of the Hospitality Team, you’ll play an important behind-the-scenes role in supporting church events that involve food, drink, and the thoughtful care that helps people feel at home.
Volunteer One College Operations & Administration Coordinator
If you are passionate about young people being trained in theology and Christian leadership and you have a knack for organisation and smooth-running systems, this role is a deeply meaningful place to serve. As our One College Operations & Administration Coordinator, you’ll work closely with the One College Principal and One Church Operations Manager to ensure the practical, administrative, and financial life of the college runs with excellence and peace.
You don’t need theological qualifications — just warmth, reliability, organisation, and the ability to hold many moving parts with grace.
